ORDINANCE NO,� p� <br />AN ORDINANCE L FIXING71- THE SALARIES OF CERTAIN CITY <br />OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SEND, <br />INDIANA EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1.. 1943 AND REPEALING ALL <br />ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT THERE- <br />WITH. <br />Be it ordained by the Common Council of the <br />City of South Bend, Indiana that: <br />SECTION 1. The annual salaries for the <br />following City Officials and Employees of the City <br />of South Bend, Indiana be, and the same are hereby, <br />fixed, to be effective as of January 1, 1943, as <br />follows, towit: <br />Mayor <br />City Controller <br />Deputy City Controller <br />City Civil Engineer <br />City Clerk <br />County Treasurer <br />Ex Officio City Treasurer <br />City u�C ge` <br />Members oP the Common Council <br />County Auditor for service to <br />Civil City <br />City Attorney , <br />siiMeNdrd <br />.2 Aldo <br />3000 i °— 3�0� <br />SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of or- <br />dinanees in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 3.
