FA <br />ORDINANCE NO.3 <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING THE E M- <br />CUTION OF AN INDENTURE OF EASEMENT BETWEEN THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA AND THE AETNA LIFE <br />INSURANCE COMPANY. <br />Be it ordained by the Common Council <br />of the City of South Bend, Indiana that: <br />Section 1.
