ORDINANCE NO. AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE APPRAISAL AND SALT, OF CERTAIN BARRETT LAW BONDS AND COUPONS AND THE INTEREST OF THE CITY `arITH RESPECT THERETO ISSUETD BY SAID CITY IN CONNECTION WITH IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION N0.11 e)-- BE IT ORDAINED. By the Common Council of the City of South Bend, that: 1. The Judge of St. Joseph Circuit Court be requested to appoint appraisers to appraise the following: Barrett Law bonds and coupons owned by the City of South.Bend issued pursuant to Resolution 1702 providing for Angela Ave. from Marquette Ave. to LaFayette Blvd., Sheet Asphalt Pavement, being all of the city's right title and interest in and to Assessment Roll No. 2085. 2. That the proper City authorities be, and the same are hereby authorized to sell, assign, transfer and Con- vey, all the right, title and interest of said City in and to any assessments levied on account of the foregoing Bonds and Coupons in accordance with statutory require- ments. 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage by the Common Council and its approval by the Mayor. Member 05/the ommon Council.
