ORDINANCE NWC 1 a ( <br />Bend, that: <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South <br />1. The proper officers of the City of South Bend be, and the <br />same are hereby authorized and directed to execute a quit claim deed to <br />certain real estate formerly owned by the City of South Bend, Indiana, which <br />the said City has sold and for which the said City has received full consider- <br />ation, for the purpose of removing a cloud from the title thereof, the said <br />property located in the County of St. Joseph, State of Indiana, and being <br />known and described as follows: <br />Lot Numbered One Hundred Seventy -Nine (179) as shown on <br />the recorded plat of Elwood Manor Second Addition to the <br />City of South Bend, otherwise known as No. 1418 North College <br />Street in the city of South Bend, Indiana. <br />2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect, from <br />and after its passage by the Common Council, and its approval by the Mayor. <br />� y , <br />k <br />Member of the Common Council <br />
