ORDINANCE NO. 0 <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1• <br />That the New York Central Railroad Company be, and it <br />is hereby, ordered and required to install within a perio oof sin <br />(6) months) after materials for the construction might be obtained <br />with the approval of the War Production Board, and maintain there- <br />after the latest improved automatic flashlight signals and auto- <br />matic shortarm gates at Arnold Street crossing with its main line <br />tracks in the City of South Bend, Indiana. <br />Section 2• <br />That any person, firm, company or corporation viola <br />any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be fined for each <br />and every offense not less than Ten ($10.00) Dollars nor more than <br />One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars; and each day's violation shall be <br />considered a separate and distinct offense and shall be punished <br />accordingly. <br />Section 3• <br />That ordinances numbered 1655 and 2199 of the Muni <br />Ordinances of the City of South Bend, Indiana, and all other <br />ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are <br />repealed on and as of the day and date said installation provided <br />for in Section 1 is actually made. <br />Section 4: <br />This ordinance shall be in effect from and after its <br />
