BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana, that. <br />1. A proposed contract for the appraisal of all of the property <br />and equipment of the City Water Works of South Bend, Indiana, by and between <br />the City Water Works of said City and the Lloyd- Thomas Company, calling for <br />payments by the said City Water Works to the said Lloyd- Thomas Company, in <br />the amount of Sixty Dollars ($60.00) per day for such appraisal, but not to <br />exdeed a total of Seven Thousand Dollars ($7,000.00);therefor, be and the <br />same is hereby approved. <br />2.
