aORDIDIaiQCE N0. T7— <br />Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana, that: <br />1. The amount of Three Hundred Dollars (3300.00) be, and <br />the same is hereby transferred from the unappropriated surplus in the Street <br />and Traffic Fund of the City of South Bend, to Budgetary account No. S54 <br />in the Budget of the Street Department of said City. <br />2. That the said Three Hundred Dollars (000.00) so <br />transferred be and the same are hereby appropriated for the uses and <br />purposes of said Budgetary account No. S54 in the budget of the Street <br />Department of the City of South Bend. <br />3. That the said transfer and appropriation are hereby <br />declared to be an emergency for the purpose of providing an amount necessary <br />to permit the proper storage and care of supplies and equipment of the <br />Street Department of the City of South Bend, Indiana, worth in excess of <br />Twenty -five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00). <br />4.
