ORDINANCE NO. 3 41 G <br />Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana, that: <br />1. The amount of ry4 02 0 C2 Dollars <br />be, and the same is hereby transferred from the General Fund of the City <br />of South Bend, Indiana, to Budgetary Account No. H251b in the Budget <br />of the Board of Public ;forks and Safety of said City. <br />2. That the said funds so transferred be and the same are <br />hereby appropriated for the uses and purposes of said Budgetary Account <br />No. H251b in the Budget of said Board of Public Works and Safety. <br />3. Said transfer and appropriation are hereby declared <br />to be an emergency for the purpose of repairing serious defects found <br />to exist in one of the key bridges within the limits of the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana. <br />4.
