3 <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE FOR THE EXTENSION AND OPENING OF THIRTIETH <br />STREET FROM THE SOUTH LINE OF THE RIGHT- OF-WAY OF THE <br />GRAND TRUNK WESTERN RAILROAD COMPANY TO THE NORTH LIN <br />OF THE RIGHT- OF -WAY OF `PI'±E GRAND TRUNK WESTERN RAIL - <br />ROAD C011PAITf, AND PROVIDING FOR THE PAVING OF THE <br />ROADWAY. <br />Section 1. Be it ordained by the Common Council <br />of the City of South Bend, Indiana, that Thirtieth Street in <br />the City of South Bend be opened and extended North from the <br />South line of the right -of -way of the Grand Trunk Western <br />Railroad Company's right -of -way to the North line of the <br />right -of -way of the Grand Trunk Western Railroad Company's <br />right- of- way.the width of sixty (601) feet from East to West. <br />Section 2.
