ORDINANCE N0. ,3j� �,5 <br />ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING SALE OF PERSONAL PROPERTY <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />Section 1. That the Board of Public Works and Safety of South <br />Bend, Indiana be and is hereby authorized to sell for not less <br />than the appraised value the following described personal prop <br />1 - #10 Caterpillar Tractor; <br />1 - Horse Drawn McCormick Mower; <br />1 - 11, Ton Dump Truck; <br />1 - Sullivan Concrete Coring Machine. <br />Section 2. The sale is to be made and the property alienated <br />pursuant to paragraph 50 of Section 48 -1407 Burns Indiana Statu <br />1933. <br />Section 3.
