CTRTAIId FUNDS FROM THE <br />PARK MAINTrNANCF FUND OF TIM DTPARTI,'ENT OF PUBLIC <br />PARKS OF THE CIVIL CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br />FOR T]MP'RC.FNCY PURPOSF..S. <br />WHEREAS, the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana in <br />its 1943 Budget failed to appropriate sufficient funds for <br />the use of its Department of Public Parks for certain ser- <br />vices contractual for the repair of park buildings during <br />the cal endar year 19+3,, and <br />W117RFAS, the Department of Public Parks of the City <br />of South Bend, Indiana is now without sufficient funds with <br />which to :Hake necessary repairs to buildings and structures <br />in the City Parks during the balance of the calendar year <br />1943 and, <br />17HTRT.AS, an emergency now exists in rospect to making <br />these necessary repairs to buildings, <br />NOW, BF IT ORDAINTD, by the Common Council of the City <br />of South Bend, Indiana, <br />Section 1. That the stun of Five Hundred ($500.00) <br />Dollars be appropriated from the Park Maintenance Fund of <br />the Department of Public Parks of the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana to the Services Contractual Account of the Depart- <br />ment of Public Parks 4known as Account No. 251 for the rep- <br />air of buildings and structures)�of tiic 1943 3udget of the <br />Depart_nent of Public Parks of the, C -ty of bouth Bend, Ind. <br />Section 2.
