ORDINANCE NO. AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING MONIES FOR THE PURPOSE OF DEFRAY* ING THE EXPENSES OF THE POLICEMEN'S PENSION FUND OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, FOR-THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 1945, AND ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1945, INCLUDING•ALL OUTSTANDING CLAIMS AND OBLIGATIONS, AND FIXING A TIME WHEN THL SAIYTE SHALL 'TAKE EFFECT. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of South Bned, Indiana: SECTION I. That for the expenses of the Policemen's Pension Fund of said City for the fiscal year ending December 31, 1945, the following suns of money are hereby appropriated and ordered set apart out of the funds herein named and for the purpose here specified, subject to the laws governing the same. Such sums herein appropriated shall be held to include all expenditures authorized to be made during the year unless otherwise expressly stipulated and provided by law. SECTION II. That for the said fiscal year there is hereby appropriated out of the "Policemen's Pension Fund" of said City, the following: Detailed Classification POLICEMEN'S PENSION FUND Services - Personal Salary and Wages Regular 150.00 150.00 Services - Contractual Postage 5.00 Legal Services 100.00 105.00 Supplies Records, Stationery & Printing 75.00 Other Office Supplies 25.00 100.00 Current Charges Pensions to retired Policemen 40,989.60 Pensions of Policemen becoming eligible during year 7,617.60 Pensions to dependents of deceased policemen 11,520.00 Death benefits 2,000.00 Judgment favor permanent Pension fund 3,921.67 66,048.87 0- 66`,403'87 SECTION III.
