<br />AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN SPECIFIE AMOUNTS FROM THE
<br />GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH IEND, INDIANA TO Ci�TAIN
<br />SP`TICIFIED ACCOUNTS, APPROPRIATING SAID AMOUNTS TO EACH SUCH
<br />ACCOUNT;, DECLARING AN ITMERGENCY.
<br />Whereas, certain accounts in certain departments of the
<br />City of South Bend lack sufficient funds for the year 1943;
<br />and,
<br />Whereas, the purposes of such accounts are necessary or
<br />desirable for the benefit of the community and for other valid
<br />purposes,
<br />NOVI, THEREFORE, BE; IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of
<br />the City of South Bend that:
<br />Section 1. The amount of 0677.90 be, and the same is,
<br />hereby transferred from the General .blind of the City of South
<br />Bend, Indiana to the budgetary account numbered B261 and that
<br />the said amount be, and the same is, hereby appropriated for the
<br />purposes thereof.
