This Special <br />Exception will allow for the construction of a multi-story <br />Condominium Hotel facility. <br />The properties are presently zoned "R" Residential in the County, <br />pending Annexation and Rezoning to "MU" Mixed Use District <br />classification within the City of South Bend. <br />Our clients believe that the approval of the proposed Special <br />Exception will fit with the existing mixed uses along this portion <br />of Vaness Street. <br />If you have any questions concerning this matter, please feel <br />free to give me a call at 234-4003. <br />Sincerely, <br />Michael J.
