ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE REDUCING BUDGETARY ACCOUNT #P -11 FOR THE YEAR <br />1943 BEING A BUDGETARY ACCOUNT FOR SALARIES; TRANSFERRING <br />CERTAIN FUNDS TO BUDGETARY ACCOUNT #P -12 FOR TBE YEAR 1943 <br />BEING A BUDGETARY ACCOUNT FOR SPECIAL COMPENSATION; APPRO- <br />PRIATING SAID FUNDS FOR THE USES OF SAID BUDGETARY ACCOUNT <br />#P -12; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana, that: <br />Section 1 - The Budgetary Account numbered P -11 of the <br />budget of said City for year 1943, be and the same is hereby <br />reduced in the amount of $325000. <br />Section 2 - The amount of $325.00 be and the same is <br />hereby transferred from the General Fund of the City of South <br />Bend to Budgetary Account #P-12 In the budget of said City <br />for the year 1943, the same being the account for special <br />compensation. <br />Section 3 - The amount of $325.00 transferred, as in <br />Section 2 herein provided, be and the same is hereby appropri- <br />ated for the uses and purposes of said Budgetary Account #P -12. <br />Section 4 - The Common Council specifically finds that an <br />emergency does exist and that there is immediate necessity <br />for special compensation to cover increased costs of police <br />work done in connection with juvenile delinquency. <br />Section 5 - This ordinance shall be in full force and <br />effect from and after its passage with the Common Council and <br />its proper legal publication and approval, all as by law <br />provided. <br />ist Y: 2nd <br />�F�A{�fv�,y�/y <br />E,r N'17EE b THE W4';h 0 3�� <br />�� <br />py�.�t rt€aRrfs 1 <br />fiE °':_tS <br />
