FUND TO THE GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA; FOR THE UMIERG'±TCY APPRO- PRIATION OF.�6,500.00 TO PAY FOR A PORTION OF THE COST OF PAVING A PART OF CHIPPEVITA AVENUE, AND THE TRANSFER OF SAID A6,500.00 FROM THE GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA TO AN ACCOUNT KNOVsN AS THE CHIPPMATP. ENT FUND. ,IHEREAS, it is desirable and urgently necessary that sum of Six Thousand Five Hundred ($6,500.00) Dollars be immediat made available to pay a portion of the cost of paving Chipxelwa Avenue from Michigan Street to the Southmore Heights Housing Projec NO!ff, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CO1',24ON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, That: Section 1. The 194S apnropri.ation heretofore made for the W.P.A. Fund be and the same is hereby _reduced in the amount of Six_ ThoL Five Hundred (:'6,500.00) Dollars; that the said sum of Six Thou Five Hundred ($6,500.00) Dollars be and is hereby transferred from the W.P.A. Fund to the General Rind of the City of South Ben.d,Indio a. An amount of Sig Thousand Five Hundred. (?,6,500.00) liars be and the same is hereby specially transferred from the el Fund of the City of South Bend to an account known as the _oewa Paving Fund, and the said amount of Six Thousand Five ($6,500.00) Dollars is hereby specially appropriated for payment of a portion of the cost not to exceed Six Thousand ve Hundred ($6,500.00) Dollars for paving Chippewa Avenue from chigan Street to the Southmore Heights Housing Project, South 3end, Indiana.
