ORDINANCE NO.0�4 o ` <br />AN ORDINANCE REDUCING dGLij B FOR THE YEAM <br />1943 BEING A BUDGETARY ACCOUNT FOR THE REPAIR OF BRIDGES; <br />TRANSFERRING CERTAIN FUNDS TO BUDGETARY ACCOUNT #H251A FOR <br />THE YEAR 1943 BEING A BUDGETARY ACCOUNT FOR THE REPAIR OF <br />BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES; APPROPRIATING SAID FUNDS FOR THE <br />USES OF SAID BUDGETARY ACCOUNT #H251A; AND DECL&RING AN <br />EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana, that- <br />Section Section 1 -he P�- . �i�ere&- ii�5�� of the <br />budget of said City for year 1943, be and the same is hereby <br />reduced in the amount of 1,000.00. <br />Section 2 - The amount of 1,000.00 be and the same is <br />hereby transferred from the General Fund of the City of South <br />Bend to Budgetary Account #H251A in the budget of said City <br />for the year 1943, the same being the account for the repair <br />of buildings and structures. <br />Section 3 - The amount of 41,000.00 transferred, as in <br />Section 2 herein provided, be and the same is hereby appropri- <br />ated for the uses and purposes of said Budgetary Account #H251A. <br />Section 4 - The proper care and maintenance and necessary <br />repairs of buildings and structures of the City of South Bend <br />cannot be carried out unless such transfer and appropriation <br />is made and the Common Council specifically finds that an <br />emergency does exist. <br />Section 5- This ordinance shall be in full force and <br />effect from and after its passage with the Common Council and <br />its proper legal publication and approval, all as by law <br />provided. <br />Is, 8: 2nd rEA1 /,YL <br />l r of Common Coun <br />rP1}B ID_ }IF,AgiNfi /�' ' I ✓ "' O'Y oll �.� <br />e <br />, <br />
