Mr. Henthom seconded the motion, which carried. PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR Mr. Jeff Wells, HRP Construction, questioned the tabling of the award of the Demolition of Eighty -Seven (87) More or Less, Vacant and Abandoned Homes, noting he was the low bidder on — Division A and B and he was aware there was some confusion with one of the forms, but he has since clarified this in writing. A representative Item Tele-Rad asked that the person responsible for putting together the bid specs for the mobile and portable two-way radios be informed the specs were convoluted and there were unclear issues affecting the bottom line. IIe noted he consulted for two (2) weeks with professionals on filling out his bid and added there are so many variables, there is no clear bottom line amount. He added the award could affect the bottom line by as much as 550,000. Mr. Gilot stated they will ask the review team to evaluate the specs and clarify. Mr. Gilot thanked Mr. Patrick Henthom for his years of service on the Board and noted this will be his last regular meeting, he is leaving the City to take another position with EmNet, a local company the City does business with. Mr. Gilot noted it is good to retain his talent in the community.
