Mr. Henthom seconded the motion, which carried. <br />PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR <br />Mr. Jeff Wells, HRP Construction, questioned the tabling of the award of the Demolition of <br />Eighty -Seven (87) More or Less, Vacant and Abandoned Homes, noting he was the low bidder on — <br />Division A and B and he was aware there was some confusion with one of the forms, but he has <br />since clarified this in writing. <br />A representative from Tele -Rad asked that the person responsible for putting together the bid specs <br />for the mobile and portable two -way radios be informed the specs were convoluted and there were <br />unclear issues affecting the bottom line. IIe noted he consulted for two (2) weeks with <br />professionals on filling out his bid and added there are so many variables, there is no clear bottom <br />line amount. He added the award could affect the bottom line by as much as 550,000. Mx. Gilot <br />stated they will ask the review team to evaluate the specs and clarify. <br />Mr. Gilot thanked Mr. Patrick Henthom for his years of service on the Board and noted this will be <br />his last regular meeting, he is leaving the City to take another position with EmNet, a local <br />company the City does business with.
