Bill No. 95 -110 <br />Resolution No._.3/ <br />A Resolution of the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, Commending <br />and Congratulating <br />ANN B. PUZZELLO <br />for her Twelve (12) Years of Dedicated and Conscientious Service as the Fourth District <br />'6 bt"U, the Common Council acknowledges that 4th District Council Member <br />Ann B. Puzzello personally decided not to run for a fourth consecutive Council term, and <br />as .a result will complete an illustrious twelve (12) years of service to the City of South <br />Bend and more specifically the residents of the Fourth District on December 31,1995; and <br />Vbtrt0g, the Common Council proudly recalls twelve (12) years of service <br />which Ann B. Puzzello filled with excitement, dedication, and hard -work, but more <br />importantly it will recall that every task she under took was with an open mind, a caring <br />heart, and a principled dedication; and <br />UbtrU19, the Common Council acknowledges that she showed compassion as <br />Council President, showed leadership as Chairperson of the Personnel and Finance <br />Committee, and provided keen insights in the countless times she served on the City Wage <br />Negotiating Teams which successfully reached agreement each time she served; and <br />"DDlnMU -0, the Common Council also notes that Ann B. On behalf of all of the citizens of the City of South Bend, Indiana, <br />the Common Council hereby publicly commends and congratulates ANN B. <br />PUZZELLO for her twelve (12) years of dedicated public service as the Fourth District <br />Council Member of our fine City. <br />fpttti= II. During her public service career, many many examples of self -less <br />dedication can be recalled, some of which include ANN B. PUZZELLO'S championing <br />stronger and enforceable zoning regulations to control adult business; spearheading sound <br />legislation addressing air quality; fighting for equality of pay and working hard for better <br />pay for women and minorities; and today she continues to encourage all individuals to be <br />more sensitive in their actions as well as their words and deeds so that the City of South <br />Bend will be an even better place in which to live, work and enjoy. <br />Otttictt III. The Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, thanks <br />ANN B.
