I also ask that <br />you confirm whether or not any building permits have been issued for this project as of the <br />date that you process this request. If a building permit has been issued, please indicate in your <br />report the date of issue and include a copy of the permit with your report. This information <br />will be included in a written report to the Community Investment Committee of the South <br />Bend Common Council in order to determine tax abatement eligibility.
