2015 Recycled Glass Mosaic Project Resolution <br />Page 2 <br />public agencies involved in the planning process; and the public relations activities planned and coordinated so <br />that the analysis of the foundation and materials can be conducted, followed by surface and glass preparation, <br />power- washing and the many, many hours of volunteer labor from individuals, neighborhood association <br />volunteers, school and college students and the many other organizations who have volunteered their time and <br />talent, who will be have the opportunity for light refreshments donated by the generosity of Dunkin Donuts, <br />Jimmy Johns, Starbucks, Bruno's, Chocolate Cafe, Fiddler's Hearth, El Paraiso, Brew Werks. <br />Section IV. The South Bend Common Council urges all individuals who wish to be apart of this exciting <br />Recycle Glass Mosaic Project to complete a volunteer form which will be made available beginning April 14th <br />through May 20th <br />Section V. Thanks to the dedication, caring attitude, vision, talent and commitment of special people like <br />Chris Stackowicz, and the many volunteers, businesses and organizations he recruits and engages to be a part of <br />these innovative artistic community -wide projects, the City of South Bend, Indiana, will continue to flourish for <br />generations to come. <br />Section VI.
