Ironwood North Annexation Area -Fiscal Plan 4 <br />D. Size and Topography <br />The Annexation Area is approximately 28.6 acres in area. The topography is relatively flat, with a <br />gentle sloping towards the southwest. <br />E. Buildings and Land Use <br />• 0 single - family residences <br />• 1 apartment complex (Campus View) <br />• 7 free standing business /commercial structures (Dairy Queen, Pizza Hut, Kentucky Fried <br />Chicken, NBD Bank, Burger King, Coldwell Banker, St. Joseph Medical Supply) <br />• 1 shopping center (Martins Supermarket, Osco Drug Store, and additional store fronts) <br />F. Zoning and Subdivisions <br />The area is currently zoned 'B" Business, "C" Commercial and "R -2" Residential in <br />unincorporated St. Joseph County. Upon annexation, the Area Plan Commission will propose a <br />zoning plan for the Annexation Area.
