CLAIMS REVIEW MEETING MARCH 31, 2015 93 A Claims Review Meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened at 9:04 a.m, on Tuesday, March 31, 2015, with Board Members Kathryn Roos, David Relos, and Patrick Henthom, present. Board President Gary Gilot was absent. Ms. Lee Bene, Engineering, was present as acting Clerk. APPROVE AGREEMENT— HABITAT FOR HUMANITY OF ST. JOSEPH COUNTY SPI Ms. Roos noted that this agreement was tabled at the last Board of Works meeting due to the concern that the City would not be able to perform. The details have now been worked through and Ms. Lory Timmer, Community Development, has resubmitted the agreement for the development of vacant or demolished property at 741 Cottage Grove Avenue, in the amount of $90,000.00 for the Board's approval. Upon a motion by David Relos, seconded by Patrick Henthom and carried, the agreement was approved. APPROVE CLAIMS Ms. Roos stated that a request to pay claims has been received by the Board; each claim is fully supported by an invoice; the person receiving the goods or services has approved the claims; and the claims have been filed with the City Fiscal Officer and certified for accuracy. Mr. Henthom seconded the motion, which carried.
