CLAIMS REVIEW MEETING MARCH 31, 2015 93
<br />A Claims Review Meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened at 9:04 a.m, on Tuesday,
<br />March 31, 2015, with Board Members Kathryn Roos, David Relos, and Patrick Henthom present.
<br />Board President Gary Gilot was absent. Ms. Lee Bene, Engineering, was present as acting Clerk.
<br />APPROVE AGREEMENT —HABITAT FOR HUMANITY OF ST. JOSEPH COUNTY SPt
<br />Ms. Roos noted that this agreement was tabled at the last Board of Works meeting due to the
<br />concern that the City would not be able to perform. The details have now been worked through
<br />and Ms. Lory Timmer, Community Development, has resubmitted the agreement for the
<br />development of vacant or demolished property at 741 Cottage Grove Avenue, in the amount of
<br />$90,000.00 for the Board's approval. Upon a motion by David Relos, seconded by Patrick
<br />Henthom andcarried, the agreement was approved.
<br />APPROVE CLAIMS
<br />Ms. Roos stated that a request to pay claims has been received by the Board; each claim is fully
<br />supported by an invoice; the person receiving the goods or services has approved the claims; and
<br />the claims have been filed with the City Fiscal Officer and certified for accuracy. Ms. Roos stated
