ORDINANCE NO. _�,J e 6 BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: Section 1. That the appropriation for the current obli- gations for Services Personal (regular item) known as Account No. 11 of the 1944 Budget of the Department of Public Parks, be re- duced in the amount of Thirty -seven Hundred and Seventy -five 03,775.00) Dollars and said sum of 'Thirty -seven Hundred and Seventy -five (23,775,00) Dollars, so appropriated be returned to the Park Maintenance Fund of the Department of Public Parks of the City of South Bend, Indiana. Section 2. That the appropriation for current obli- gations for Services Contractual (photographing and blue - printing item) known as Account No, 243 of the 1944 Budget of the Department of Public Parks, be reduced in the amount of Forty -four ($44.00) Dollars and said sum of Forty -four (,<$44.00) Dollars, so appropriated be returned to the Park laintenance Fund of the Department of Public Parks of the City of South Bend, Indiana. Section 3. That the appropriation for current obli- gations for I,4aterials (building item) known as Account No. 41 of the 1944 Budget of the Department of Public Parks, be reduced in the amount of Two Hundred (°1200.00) Dollars and said sum of Two Hundred (',200.00) Dollars, so appropriated be returned to the Park Maintenance Fund of the Department of Public Parks of the City of South Bend, Indiana.
