a. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 350A/ <br />A14 ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING $p109.21 FROM THE GENERAL FUND <br />OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND TO BUDGETARY ACCOUNT NO. V252 - <br />RE: ?ALR OF EQUI?IvENT IN THE ELECTRICAL DEPyRT3:ENT OF SAID <br />CITY; APPROPRIATING SAID SUM TO THE USES OF SAID BUDGETARY <br />ACCOUNT; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />?FIHEREAS, $109.21 has been received into the General Fund of the <br />City of South Bend, from the State of Indiana for repairs made to traffic <br />signals on state highways within the city limits of South Bend by the <br />Electrical Department of said City; and <br />7`'IEREAS, said amount was paid out of Budgetary Account No. V252 <br />of said department of said city, and <br />fiEREAS, said amount is required for necessary repairs to equipment <br />owned and operated by the City of South Bend. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana that: <br />1. The amount of $109.21 be, and the same is hereby, transferred <br />from the General Fund of the City of South Bend, Indiana to Budgetary Account <br />No. V252 - repair of equipment of the Electrical Department of said City. <br />2. The said amount so transferred is hereby appropriated to the <br />uses and purposes of said Budgetary Account No. V252 - repair of equipment <br />in the Electrical Departrre nt of South Bend, Indiana. <br />3. An emergency requiring the transfer and appropriation of said <br />sum is hereby declared to exist. <br />4.
