ORDINANCE NO. 3'501 e4 6,,�,..�Q� ' <br />AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE TAX LEVY FOR THE YEAR 1945• <br />FOR THE MUNICIPAL CIVIL CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. <br />Section 1. Be It Ordained by the Common Council of the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana: <br />That there bf and hereby is levied the following amounts <br />for the year 1945 on each One Hundred. Dollars (6100.00) of assessed <br />valuation of property in the City of South Bend, Indiana, as <br />fixed by the officers of the St. Joseph County and the State of <br />Indiana, for the objects named: <br />For General Fund <br />City Plan Commission <br />Park Maintenance Fund <br />Park District Fund <br />Police Pension Fund <br />Debt <br />Maint. Payment <br />.002 <br />.02 <br />.042 <br />Poor <br />Relief Total. <br />.006�,J_21 <br />.002 <br />. There shall be levied a Poll Tax of Fifty Cents ( .50) on <br />every male inhabitant of said City, sane and not a pauper, of the age <br />of Twenty -one years and not over the age of Fifty years. <br />Section 3.
