that: <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />Be it orddined by the Common Council of the City of South Bend <br />1. The budgetary account No. Kll - dog pound salaries in the <br />budget+. of the pity of South Lend be, and the same is hereby, reduced in <br />the amount of 000.00. <br />2. The amount of $300.00 be, and the same is hereby, appropriated <br />from a general fund of the City of South Bend,; Indiana, for the uses and <br />purposes of budget Account No. H214 - telephone and telegraph, in the budget <br />of the Board of Public "forks and Safety of said City for the year 1944. <br />3. An emergency exists which requires that the foregoing reduction <br />and appropriation be made in accordance with emergency provisions of the laws <br />of the State of Indiana. <br />4.
