A certain contract made and entered into by and between the <br />City of South Bend, Indiana, acting through its Board of Public -'orks and <br />Safety, and the Indiana Equipment Company, Inc. of South Bend be, and the <br />same is hereby approved., said contract consisting of a written bid and <br />acceptance vahereby the said Indiana 3quipment Company, Inc. agrees to sell, <br />and the City of South Bend agrees to purchase at a price of 4'4436.00 one <br />Rough Hodel H.L. Payloader. <br />2.
