ORDINANCE NO. =�- <br />Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana, that: <br />1. A certain contract made and entered into by and between the <br />City of South Bend, Indiana, acting through its Board of Public 4lorks and <br />Safety, and "'Tunicipal Supply Company of South Bend be, and the same is <br />hereby approved, said contract consisting of a written bid and acceptance <br />mhereby the said jionicipal Supply Company agrees to sell, and the City of <br />South Sand agrees to purchase at a price of Q3600.00 one South Send Gutter - <br />Snipe Street Sweeper. <br />2.
