A certain contract made and entered into by and between <br />the City of South Bend, Indiana, by and through its Board of Public ?'7orks <br />and Safety and the Seagrave Corporation for the purchase by the City and <br />the sale to it by the Corporation of a Canopy Cab Triple Type Combination <br />Pumping Engine in accordance with certain specifications for the amount <br />of Ten thousand six hundred ($10,600.00) Dollars be, and the same is hereby, <br />approved. <br />2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and <br />after its passage by the Common gouncil and its approval by the Mayor. <br />Member of the C071 Council. <br />
