OFDIiVANCE N0. .2 �4 <br />MiEREAS, in the budget of the City of South Bend, Indiana, for <br />the year 1945 an error was made in determining the amount necessary for <br />wages and salaries in the Electrical Department, and <br />�7HEREAS, it is necessary in order to maintain a fire and signal <br />system of said City and to operate said Electrical Department properly <br />that a correction be made. <br />Noi% T=LFOF.E, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City <br />of South Bend that: <br />1. The amount of Seventeen hundred thirty -two Dollars and thirty- <br />two cents ($1732.32) be, and the same is hereby, transferred from the general <br />field of the City of South Bend to Budgetary Account No. V -li, wage's and <br />salaries in the Electrical Department of said City for the calendar year 1945. <br />2. The amount of Seventeen hundred thirty -two dollars and thirty- <br />two cents ($1732.32), in addition to amounts previously appropriated <br />therefor, be and the same is hereby appropriated for the uses and purposes <br />of Budgetary Item No. V -11, viages and salaries in the Electrical Department <br />in the budgetary year 1945. <br />3. An emergency exists requiring the transfer and appropriation <br />of the foregoing sums. <br />4.
