ORDINANCE NO.L <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE APPRAISAL AND SALE <br />OF CERTAIN PERSONAL.PROPERTY OWNED BY THE CITY <br />OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA TO- ?'TIT: ALL SHARES OF <br />STOCK HELD BY THE SAID CITY IN THE SOUTH BEND <br />MANUFACTURING COMPANY <br />1 EREAS, the City of South Bend, Indiana, owns certain shares <br />in the South Bend Manufacturing Company, and <br />IHF EAS, it may be desirable to sell such shares. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the <br />City of South Bend that: <br />1. The proper officers of the City of South Bend are hereby <br />authorized and directed to petition the St. Joseph Circuit Court for the <br />appointment of appraisers for the appraisal of all shares of stock owned <br />by said City in South Bend Manufacturing Company, an Indiana Corporation, <br />and <br />2. The proper officers of the City of South Bend are hereby <br />authorized to sell said shares of stock in accordance with the statutory <br />rules governing such sales. <br />3.
