<br />TAIN LOTS OWNED BY THE MUNICIPAL CITY OF
<br />SOUTH BEND, AYT? LOCATED IN COQUILLARD
<br />WOODS ADDITION, SECTION A. IN THE CITY OF
<br />SOUTH BEND, ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, INDIANA
<br />'WHEREAS, the City of South Bend, by virtue of conveyances made
<br />pursuant to order of the St. Joseph Superior Court No. 2 in the matter
<br />of the administration.of Coquillard 'oods ddition, consolidated Barrett
<br />Law Trust made and entered on the 19th day of December, 1944, the
<br />Municipi City of South Bend became the owner of the following described
<br />real estate situategin St`.' Joseph County, State of Indiana, to wit:
<br />Lots No. 7 and the South 28 feet of Lot No.
<br />6, Lot No. 196 and the Nest half of 191S,
<br />Lots No. 16, 103 and the South 18.62 feet
<br />of Lot No. 104, Lot No. 120, 254 and the
<br />North 21 feet of Lot No. 253, and Lots
<br />No. 158, 159,160, 169, 170, 174, 177, 250,
<br />Lot No. 184 and the North 28.62 feet of Lot
<br />No. 183, and Lots No. 188, 189 in Coquillard
<br />Woods Addition, Section A, in the City of
<br />South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana
<br />WHEREAS, the above described real estate is conducive to no
<br />public use by the Municipal City of South Bend, and in the best interests
<br />of said City should be sold; and
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the
<br />City of South Bend, Indiana, that the Judge of the Circuit Court of the
<br />City of South Bend is hereby requested to appoint three disinterested
<br />freeholders of the City for the appraisement of the following described
<br />real estate situate in St. Joseph County, State of Indiana, to wit:
<br />Lots No. 7 and the South 28 feet of Lot
<br />No. 6, Lot No. 196 and the I'est half of
<br />1950 Lots No. 16, 103 and the South 18.62
<br />feet of Lot No. 104, Lot No. 120, 254 and

<br />No. 158, 159, 160, 169, 170, 174, 177, 250,
<br />Lot No. 184 and the North 28.62 feet of Lot
<br />No. 183, and Lots No. 188, 189 in Coquillard
<br />Woods Addition, Section , in the City Of
<br />South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana.
<br />BE IT FURTHER ORDAIPM by the Common Council of the City of
