Proper officers of the City of South Bend are hereby authorized <br />to request the St. Joseph Circuit Court Judge to appoint three (3) disinterested <br />freeholders of the City of South Bend, to appraise the following described <br />property in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana, to -wit: <br />Lots numbered 26, 27, 28, and 29 in Miller and <br />Green's Second Addition to the Town of Lowell, now a <br />part of the City of South Bend. <br />2.
