PUBLIC WORKS & PROPERTY VACATION <br />Committee Members Present: <br />Citizen Members Present: <br />Other Council Present: <br />Others Present: <br />MARCH 23.2015 3:45 P.M. <br />Valerie Schey, Dr. David Varner, Henry Davis, <br />Oliver Davis <br />Vacant <br />Tim Scott, Dr. Fred Ferlic, Derek Dieter, Karen White, <br />Gavin Ferlic <br />Kathryn Roos, Mike Danch, Jack Smith, David Relos <br />Agenda: Bill 03 -15 Ignition Park Street & Alley Vacation <br />A full Committee was present when Public Works & Property Vacation Chair Valerie Schey called her <br />committee to order. <br />Bill 03 -15 was the only item to be considered. This bill, a follow up to the annexation bill would allow <br />the vacation of all public rights of way in the parcel. This includes all streets and alleys to unify the <br />properties into one parcel. <br />The diagram provided by Mike Danch to illustrate the requested vacations is attached. He added that <br />the City was working with the utility companies for any necessary removal or relocation of their services. <br />There were no questions from the Council or the public. <br />On a motion by Oliver Davis, seconded by Valerie Schey, which was supported by all, the bill was sent to <br />Council with a favorable recommendation. <br />Valerie adjourned the meeting at 4:49 P.M. <br />Respectfully S <br />I 1 <br />S <br />Valerie Schey, Chairper�( <br />Public Works & Property <br />
