ORDINANCE NO. ZZ-%Z <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2331 <br />COMMONLY K9017N AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE <br />OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana, that: <br />1. The zoning classification of Lots Numbered 37, 38 and 39 <br />in Oakland Park Addition to the City of South Bend, Indiana, which is <br />now zoned as "B'r Use and rrA" Height and Area Districts be, and the same <br />is hereby amended and changed to provide that said Lots Numbered 37, 38 <br />and 39 in Oakland Park Addition to the City of South Bend, Indiana, be <br />zoned as 'rD° Light Industrial and °E" Height and Area District. <br />2.
