ORDINANCE NO. 397 <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend <br />that: <br />1. Ordinance No. 2331 ( as amended), being a Zoning Ordinance <br />of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same is hereby amended, <br />so that the Zoning classification of the following described property <br />in the Gity of South Bend, 3t. Joseph Gouuty, Indiana, to wit: <br />Lots Numbered Thirty- seven(37)., 'arty -eight (38), <br />Thirty-nine (39), Fokrty (40), Noirty -one (41), <br />FoVfay -two (42), Fo$rty -three (43), and Fa4rty four (44) <br />of Arnold Wilson & Hints addition to the City of <br />South Bend, <br />be and the same is hereby changed from "B" Residential to "C" Commercial <br />and from "Alt Height and Area to Height and Area. <br />U This Ordinance shall be in. full force and effect from and <br />after its passage by the Common Gounoil and its approval by the Myore <br />RIM <br />
