PETITION FOR THE RECLASSIFICATION OF <br />REAL ESTATE AND AN AMENDMENT TO THE <br />ZONING ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND WHICH SAID ORDINANCE IS MORE <br />PARTICULARLY KNOWN AS ORDINANCE NO. 2331. <br />TO THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />The undersigned being the owners of the following <br />described real estate located in the City of South Bend, St. <br />Joseph County, Indiana, respectfully petition that said <br />property be rezoned as a Class C Commercial Area so that said <br />real estate shall be adapted for the uses permitted by and <br />under said area classification and subject to the restrictions <br />appertaining thereto.
