ORDINANCE NC. 3S 72 <br />AN ORDINANCE A142,4DING ORDINANCE NO. 2331, <br />CONMONLY KNOW AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE <br />OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana, that: <br />1. The zoning classification of Lots Numbered 187, 1880 <br />and 189 in the original plat of the Town, now City, of South Bend, <br />which is now zoned "B" Residence District, be and the same hereby <br />is amended and changed to provide that said Lots Numbered 187, 188, <br />and 189 in the original plat of the Town, now City, of South Bend, <br />be zoned as "C" Commercial District. <br />2. The zoning classification of twenty -six (26t) feet of <br />the East side of Lot Numbered 17, together with Lots 18 and 19 <br />Studebaker's Leeper Avenue Addition be, and the same is hereby amended <br />from "A" Residence District to "B" Residence District. <br />3.
