t AN ORDINM CE FIXING THE TAX LEVY FOR THE YEAR 1947 FOR THE MUNICIPAL CIVIL CITY OF SUM BEND, INDIANA. Section 1. Be it Ordained by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, That there be and hereby is levied the follovdng amounts for the year 1947 on each One Hundred Dollars (100.00) of assessed valuation of property in the City of South Bend, Indiana, as fixed by the officers of the St. Joseph County and the State of Indiana, for the objects named: 1.107 .283 .01 1.40 Section 2. There shall be levied a Poll Tax of Fifty Cents ( ;050) on every male inhabitant of said City, sane and not a pauper, of the age of Twenty -one years and not over the age of Fifty years. Section 3.
