Ordinance No..3_� <br />This ordinance is amendatory of Ordinance No. <br />2331, adopted by the Common Council of the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana on July 25, 1923, commonly known as the <br />"Zoning Ordinance." <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the <br />City of South Bend: <br />Section 1. That Ordinance No. 2331 of the <br />City of South Bend, Indiana, otherwise known as the <br />,Zoning Ordinance, be and it hereby is amended as follows, <br />to wit: <br />That the following described real estate here - <br />tofore classified as A Residential Use District be and <br />the same is hereby reclassified and rezoned as a Class D <br />Light Industrial Use District, and shall hereafter be <br />subject to all regulations and restrictions affecting <br />real estate zoned for Class D Light Industrial Use as <br />defined by Section 6 of said Ordinance No. 2331; such <br />property being the following described real estate located <br />in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of <br />Indiana, to wit. <br />Beginning at a point that is 480 feet <br />East of the nest boundary line of <br />Section No. 2, Township 37 North, <br />Range 2 East and 400 feet South of <br />the South line of Elwood Avenue; thence <br />East on a line parallel with the South <br />line of said Elwood Avenue a distance <br />of 495 feet; thence South on a line <br />parallel with the West boundary line <br />of said Section No. 2, Township 37 <br />North, Range No. 2 East a distance of <br />321 feet; thence West on a line parallel <br />with the South line of said Elwood Avenue, <br />a distance of 495 feet; thence North to <br />the place of beginning. <br />BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the aforesaid real <br />estate be and it hereby is changed from A Height and Area <br />
