ORDINANCE, NO. 3J-" <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana, that: <br />1. A contract made and entered into by and between the City <br />of South Bend, Indiana, by its Board of Public Vlorks and Safety, and <br />American- LaFrarrce- Foamite Corporation for the purchase of one certain <br />pumping engine vehicle for the sum of "'10,800.00, a copy of which contract <br />is attached hereto and made a part hereof, be, and the same is hereby, <br />confirmed, ratified and approved. <br />2. A contract made and entered into by and between the City <br />of South Bend, Indiana, by its Board of Public Works and Safety, and <br />Sollitt Construction Company, Inc. for alterations and repairs to the <br />Central Fire Station for the sum of ,$6,324.00, a copy of which contract <br />is attached hereto and made a part hereof, be, and the same is hereby, <br />confirmed, ratified and approved. <br />3.
