Plan which is satisfactory to the Federal Public Housing Authority, and <br />take such other action as may be necessary to provide and operate said <br />housing facilities for families of servicemen, for veterans and their <br />families pursuant to the provisions of Title V of the Lanham Act (Public <br />Jaw 849, 76th Congress as amended, particularly by the amendment embodied <br />in Public law 292, 79th Congress 1st Seas.). <br />SECTION III.
