Ss <br />AN ORDINANCE CHANGING SOUTH OLIVE STREET FROM ITS <br />INTERSECTION WITH WESTERN AVENUE-TO.ITS INTERSEC- <br />TION WITH WEST SAMPLE STREET FROM A STREET TO A <br />BOULEVARD AND GIVING THE CARk AND CONTROL THEREOF <br />TO THE BOARD OF PARK COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF, <br />SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br />Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana. <br />SECTION ONE. That South Olive Street from its intersection <br />with Western Avenue to its intersection with West Sample Street <br />in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana, <br />be and the same is hereby changed from a street to a boulevard <br />and the same is hereby transferred by this ordinance to the <br />Board of Park Commissioners of said City to use, hold and <br />control the same as a public boulevard or pleasure drive way. <br />SECTION TWO.
