ORDINANCE NO. 3,J-3 6_ <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana, that: <br />1. The proper officers of the City of South Bend, Indiana, <br />are hereby authorized to sell certain personal property <br />of said City, towit. Truck known and identified as <br />Truck No. 17 of the Street Department of said City. <br />2. An affidavit having been filed, and the records of the <br />Common Council indicating that the value of said personal <br />property described above to be less than One Hundred <br />Dollars (5100.00), the sale above authorized is directed <br />to be made without an appraisal. <br />3.
