<br />AN ORDINANCE TO Ai':iEND ORDINANCE 110. 3702, AS
<br />AiVENDED, WHICH ORDINANCE IS CO1/I MLY CALMD
<br />THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND.
<br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend
<br />that Ordinance No. 3702, as amended, which Ordinance is commonly
<br />called the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, be amend-
<br />ed as follows:
<br />Section 1. That the following described real
<br />estate located in the City of South Bend, County of St. Joseph,
<br />State of Indiana, shall be rezoned from "A" Residence District
<br />to "A -111 Residence District.
<br />All that property with frontage on the Northeasterly
<br />side of Portage Avenue from Golden Avenue to Angela
<br />Avenue and all that property having frontage on the
<br />Southwesterly side of Portage Avenue from the South-
<br />easterly side of lot no. 3 in Bulla and Patton's
<br />Addition to the East line of Blaine Avenue more Dar -
<br />ticularily described as lots no. 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9,
<br />10, 11, 12, 13, 14, as shown on the recorded plat of
<br />Bulla and Pattonts Addition to said City; lots
<br />numbered 1, 392 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, and 45 of Pluessel
<br />First Addition to said city; lots numbered 151, 1520
<br />of Muessel Third Addition to said tits; lots numbered
<br />406, 4070 408, 409, 410, 411, 398, and 397, of Widar Park
<br />Addition to said City, and lots numbered 1, 21 3,
<br />4, 51 6, 7, 8, 9, 37, 382 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45,
<br />71, 72, 73, 74, 75, 76, 779 78, 79, 80, 106, 1070
<br />108, 109, 110, 111, 112, 113, 114 of Portage Park
<br />Addition to said City.
<br />Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full for
<br />and effect from and after its passage by the Common Council,
<br />approved by the Mayor and legal publication.
