ORDINANCE NO. 35q:2 <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE <br />OF T.. i P P. ONAL T, a T ill <br />SOUT - 797i <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the <br />City of South Bend, Indiana, that: <br />1. The City of South Bend, Indiana, by and <br />through the Board of Public Works and Safety and other <br />proper officers and officials be and it '_Hereby is <br />authorized to sell the following described personal <br />property now used by the South Bend Police Department, <br />t o -7.rit : <br />One 1941 model Chevrolet ambulance <br />bearing Serial Number IAK066765 and <br />Engine Number AD999732, and <br />One 1932 model Studebaker patrol <br />wagon bearing Serial Number 6025424 <br />and Engine Plumber 10495 <br />2. The City of South Bend shall petition the <br />Judge of the St. Joseph Circuit Court for the appoint- <br />ment of three (3) disinterested freeholders of this <br />city to act as appraisers and upon compliance with law <br />is authorized to consummate the sale of said personal <br />property either singly or together as may be determined <br />to be in the best interests of said city without further <br />approval of the Common Council. <br />3.
