Brock Zeeb from the City's Community Investment Department, explained these <br />three parcels had inadvertently been left off the list of parcels for which residential abatement had been <br />previously granted. <br />Committee Chair Gavin Ferlic upon hearing Brock's explanation asked if there were any questions from <br />the public or the Council. There were none. <br />On proper, motions by Valerie Schey and Gavin Ferlic which were affirmed by all, bill 15 -16 was sent to <br />full Council with a favorable recommendation. <br />Gavin adjourned the meeting at 3:57 P.M. <br />Respectfully Submitted, <br />Gavin Ferlic, Chairperson <br />Community Investment <br />
