COMMUNITY INVESTMENT <br />Committee Members Present: <br />Citizen Members Present: <br />Other Council Present: <br />MARCH 23, 2015 03:55 P.M. <br />Gavin Ferlic, Henry Davis, Dr. David Varner, <br />Dr. Fred Ferlic <br />Bob emery, Patrick Mullin <br />Tim Scott, Valerie Schey, Oliver Davis, Karen White, <br />Derek Dieter <br />Others Present: Jacob Alexander, Katheryn Roos, Brock Zeeb, <br />Kathy Cekanski - Farrand, Erin Blasko, Scott Ford, <br />Cecil Eastman, Chris Fielding, Beth Leonard -Inks <br />Agenda: Bill 15 -16 Tax Abatement -South Bend Mutual <br />Homes, LP <br />The Community Investment Committee met to consider bill 15 -16, the sole item on its agenda. <br />This bill was described as a house cleaning bill meant to add three properties to the South Bend Mutual <br />Homes development. Brock Zeeb from the City's Community Investment Department, explained these <br />three parcels had inadvertently been left off the list of parcels for which residential abatement had been <br />previously granted. <br />Committee Chair Gavin Ferlic upon hearing Brock's explanation asked if there were any questions from <br />the public or the Council. There were none. <br />On proper, motions by Valerie Schey and Gavin Ferlic which were affirmed by all, bill 15 -16 was sent to <br />full Council with a favorable recommendation. <br />Gavin adjourned the meeting at 3:57 P.M. <br />Respectfully Submitted, <br />Gavin Ferlic, Chairperson <br />Community Investment <br />
