OFDINANCE NO. —10'9 <br />WHEREAS, it is urgently necessary to make certain expendi- <br />tures for repairs and equipment for the South Bend Public Natatorium, <br />and <br />i"JHEREAS, the said Public Natatorium cannot be opened to <br />public use until such equipment and repairs are installed, which items <br />are as follows, to —wit: <br />Shower Curtains 25,00 <br />Patching Plaster in Locker Rooms 150.00 <br />Blast Coils in Ducts 300.00 <br />Signs for All Buildings 50.00 <br />Keys and Locks 100.00 <br />Spring Board for Natatorium 50.00 <br />and Total $ 675.00 <br />INHEREAS, the Department of Public Parks of the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana, is now without sufficient funds with which to meet such <br />expenditures as hereinbefore set forth, during the balance of the cal- <br />endar year of 1946. and <br />WHEREAS, an emergency now exists in respect to these items. <br />NOW BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana: <br />Section 1. That the sum of $675.00 be appropriated from the <br />Park Maintenance Fund of the Department of Public Parks of the Civil <br />City of South Bend, Indiana to the uses and purposes of budgetary <br />Account No. 251 (Services Contractual) for the repairs of buildings and <br />structures of the 1946 budget of the Departmert of Public Parks of the <br />City of South Bend, Indiana. <br />Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and <br />effect upon its passage by the Common Council, its approval by the <br />
