ORDINANCE NO. 3. S `lrf <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana: <br />Section 1_ That the appropriation for the current obligations <br />Of the Budgetary Account No. 11 for Services Personal — Regular for the <br />Supervisors Salary for the South Bend Public Natatorium as provided for <br />in the 1946 Budget of the Department of Public Parks for the Civil City <br />Of South Bend, Indiana, be reduced in the amount of $675.00 and said <br />amount so appropriated be returned to the Park Maintenance Hand of the <br />Department of Public Parks of the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana. <br />Section 2. That an emergency exists for making the reduction <br />as set forth in this ordinance. <br />Section 3.
